Project Overview
The Tennis 11 team is energetic, community-focused and genuinely skilled at what they do. As a group of young, dedicated coaches, their original website had huge untapped potential to really represent the team and do some heavy lifting for their business while they hit the courts.
The Approach
For this project, we focused just as much on building for their team as we did for their players.
Understanding how directors Brock and Dave run their business day-to-day, we identified some significant areas where their website and collateral could streamline their operations. The new site expanded the existing structure considerably, making it easier for potential and returning players to discover their classes and book their spot each term.
Thinking bigger, we considered every existing touchpoint Tennis 11 has with their community and implemented new designs and strategies to drive more traffic to the new site. Email marketing and automations, social templates, custom bio landing pages and print posters were introduced to expand their presence across channels and automate communications with players.
The Outcome
Tennis 11 now has a digital presence that reflects where the business actually is, and sets them up for where it's going. Admin is streamlined, and players have a seamless path from discovery to booking.
To ensure Brock and Dave felt confident owning their site long-term, they were handed over a comprehensive Website Handover Guide: a Notion database complete with written and filmed walkthroughs, plus checklists to manage the site and promotional assets before, during, and after each tennis term.
